Another post a day late.

Had a lot to do yesterday and ended up slacking off because I am sort of addicted to facebook and the applications on it. Talked to a few friends for a while and finally decided while watching Dinosaurs (remember that show from the 90's?) that I needed to get my butt to work. I started working on the signs that would be used for a play called Miss Saigon that the Richland Light Opera would be producing. Which become a pain in the hiney, because it was kind of hard using the example's he wanted me to use. So I tried my hardest and ended up making my own as well as some of the ones he wanted me to use. Even though my Moulin Rouge came out kind of blah, I still was proud of the way it looked. Heres some of the ones I did...

Yesterday's post today.

Yesterday was eventful. Sort of. I went to work, and dropped off the applications for the home. Just waiting for the call back on that. Had to go shopping for Malia since she is sick. Then went to volunteer my time for RLOC. I have so much work to do today its not even funny...

I ended up falling asleep around 9ish last night.... shock.

Oh there was yesterday at work, I must say..... such a bad day at work for me as I messed up a lot. And at one point in time I expected to get the third degree, but I didnt. I guess the customer who got hair in their food deserved a free meal in someone other then mines eyes. Finally a customer service decision on my behalf! If that makes sense.

To cloth or not to cloth.

So I've been debating over and over about changing my year old and three year old to cloth diapers. But Im at a loss... which one do I get? I am between Grobaby and Bumgenius! But they are so dang pricey to get started. I understand it saves in the long run, but at the same time we need that 300.00 now! And I cant seem to find either of these brands cheap. No used on craigslist. And when I search ebay I get no better deals or used ones. Amazon has the same deals anyone else has. Im just dazed and confused right now. Oh and now I find another one, gDiapers. Hmph... I just cant chose.

Blah. I'll write more later on.... I have to make my decision!

This little crazy thing I call life.

Work was great today. Total shocker. Seeing as how I've had many difficulties (to put it lightly) at my place of employment. There's a guy that called my manager a dickhead. Which for once the guy that gets away with everything at my work got in trouble! And I didn't! YES! I could sing out loud for this. :D Haha.


AND THEN....
To make things SOOOOO much better at 3 pm I went to see a house for rent, which I was super debating about even showing up just because we got a stupid thing in the mail that totally bummed me out and made me think we wouldnt get approved for it. But I showed up none the less. And I have my fingers, toes and everything I can cross crossed! Its not perfect, as it had a cracked window and leaking tub (but I have word they will be fixed), theres no fence (kids managed to stay in the yard though), there is no dishwasher (boo! but saves money on water/electricity), the carpet was stained (good in the sense that my kids will add to them!), but its well worth the three bedrooms and large back yard with no attached neighbors. And whats even better is that we were the FIRST freaking people to call and see the place so you know how the saying goes, "early bird gets the worm". She wont process any applications till after the decision is made on ours. :D Super happy about that since most of the homes I have been seeing have all been either trashy looking, nice but no tub (just shower), too pricey, or have already had tons of traffic. But anyways, I walk out the house and the first thing I set my eyes upon is a penny heads up! Which my grams would always tell me meant good luck! So I picked it up its going around my neck with the other good luck beads I just got yesterday. Explain more about this in a bit. Anyways, so here are some pictures for your viewing pleasure:

LIVING ROOM FROM FRONT DOOR:

LOVE the fireplace! I love the smell of them, the crackling sound, the warmth, the light! The area is so large, Im afraid I'll be at loss of what to do with everything!



KITCHEN:

Room enough for a smallish table in kitchen, oven is not a dinosaur like my current one.





BATHROOM:

Loving the medicine cabinet. I havent had one since I was still living with parents! The counter is new too. I dislike windows in showers. They are a ground place for mold to grow. And I dont like people being able to see my junk. But I can find a way to fix that. But you know, the natural light in there is a added benefit!



THE SMALL ROOM AKA MALIA'S ROOM:

Its close to our bedroom, so I wont be freaking out every night and hopefully she wont either! Big enough for her to be comfy. I have a good idea how to design her room if we are allowed to paint. :D



THE BIGGER ROOM THAN THE SMALLER ROOM AKA AS LUCAS AND AUSTINS ROOM:
Now Im digging the rooms and having the closets and what not, but honestly I feel as though I could go without using a closet. And these huge honkers are in every bedroom. They are definitely ugly. Any idea's on how to spice these things up if we do get the place???





THE MASTER:
What more is there to say? Its a room! lol.





Was stupid and forgot to take an outside the house picture. Oh wells. Theres also a room for the washer and dryer that includes pantry and stuff. But those arent as exciting. So I really am diggin' the house. So want it.

Seriously more luck! So awesome. I get home check my updates for jobs and came across a few Im super interested in. Both are full time and definitely something I need! So I made a resume, uploaded and applied to one. Have to go in for another and on Thursday I will be going to a store called Winco (like Safeway). *Dang it, why doesnt my chair just sit still? It always spins.* So Im hoping to get one of those three jobs. Because a full time job is something I really need. Im tired of working 12-20 hours a week. 20 is a shock if I get it. Usually its 12. Im working every day this week as well, which really sucks. I mean its good because I have the hours, but bad because I dont have one day that I can sleep in and relax.


Anyways, I bought a book the other day and have made myself a little good luck necklace that includes some beads that are believed to give you good luck. And since I made it yesterday it seems as though it is working. I didnt get into trouble at work, in fact someone else did. THough Im not a fan of someone else getting into trouble, but I guess he deserved it since he called the manager a dick head. Matt (my fiance) told me about a job opening yesterday that I will be applying for when the girl who is currently working leaves. I came across 2 jobs today so far and was told to go to Winco! On top of that we were the first people to see the home! Now what would make it better is if I won some money from the lotto tickets I bought yesterday. You know just enough to pay off debt would be great! Then I'll work my tooshkiss off to build my dream home later on in life. I would just love to fix our credit scores. And I also made a necklace for my friend, here it is:




I am planning on making some more and selling them. BUT I want orders first. Because I need money in order to pay for things to make them!! I love the hobby. Its a lot of fun. For now, Im done blabbering. :D
